Here at Hendy, it's all about you. That's why, although we might be under lockdown, we won't be shut down. We are committed to keeping you on the move as safely and smoothly as we possibly can while limiting the disruption lockdown might cause.


Our aftersales departments are staying open for all your motoring needs including MOT and servicing. Your existing bookings will remain in place and if you need to have your vehicle seen by one of our expert teams in the coming weeks, you can still make an appointment as normal by phone or via the website.

Should you suffer the inconvenience of an unexpected breakdown or issue with your vehicle, don't worry - we have capacity to see you like we normally would to get you back on the move.

As has been the case over the past months, all aftersales work will be carried out in a safe and responsible manner with social distancing, vehicle sanitisation and PPE all required.


As per the Government guidelines, our showrooms will not be open to customers from Thursday November 5th.

However, the sales teams will still be working via phone, email and video platforms. No matter what stage you are in the buying process, we can still help you get behind the wheel of your next car!

We can provide video walkarounds and phone/video appointments to give you all the information and advice you require without you having to come and see us in person. Whether you want to find out more about a vehicle on our website, or you're waiting for your handover - we can continue to give you all the help and advice you need.

Socially distant handovers will be conducted outside the showrooms in a designated area with click and collect, with home delivery options also available.
